Returns Policy

1. Return Period:

You can return items within 30 days of receiving your order.

2. Return Eligibility:

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and free from damage. Please note that opened food items, consumables, and custom-made products are non-returnable.

3. Return Process:

Since our products are stored in Amazon’s warehouse, all returns must follow Amazon’s return policies. To initiate a return, log in to your Amazon account and navigate to “Your Orders.” Select the item you wish to return and follow the prompts to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. This number must be included with your return shipment.

4. Return Shipping Costs:

Customers are responsible for return shipping fees, unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective item, in which case Amazon will provide a prepaid return shipping label.

5. Refund Processing:

Once Amazon receives and inspects the returned item, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
